Billing
At Hassett Health & Physical Therapy, we value individualized, one on one care. In order to provide care and treatment that is irrespective of insurance restrictions, our services are cash pay. Care during sessions are always spent under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist (never an aide) who has obtained a doctoral degree. We believe every patient deserves quality care - care that emphasizes deductive clinical reasoning, proper exercise form and individual assessment. In order to do that without the constraints of insurance, our services are cash pay.
We are happy to help you file an out of network claim/submission for reimbursement for your therapy sessions. Whether or not a patient gets reimbursed by their insurance for our services is solely dependent on their individual insurance plan and out of network deductible. Please see below for our treatment costs and the services offered.
Orthopedic Evaluation
Orthopedic evaluations and all follow-up sessions:
$225/session in home
$150/session in clinic (located at 2144 W. Roscoe St. Unit b)
Pelvic Health Evaluation
Pelvic evaluations (including both external and internal) and all follow-up sessions:
$250/session in home
$150/session in clinic (located at 2144 W. Roscoe St. Unit b)
In an effort to help prevent pain and encourage a quick recovery, discounted orthopedic and pelvic health screening are offered. These are only performed in the clinic located at 2144 W. Roscoe St. Unit b.
$85 for 1/2 hour screen
